III.  RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES

Brief Description Of Activity
1 Participate in Job Fair On April 17, 2015, our General Manager and Sales Manager participated in a job fair at Southern Mississippi University.
2 Internship Program From June 2015 to August 2015, our SEU hosted an intern from University of Southern Mississippi to learn about and experience broadcast production under the supervision of our Production Director.
3 Provide Training to Personnel of Unaffiliated Non-Profit Organizations Interested in Broadcast Employment Opportunities Throughout the reporting period, our SEU worked to educate unaffiliated non-profit organizations, such as St Andrews Mission, that are designed to benefit different sections of the Pike County community, regarding the qualifications and experience required for broadcast employment positions.  SEU participants included our morning show host, who was designated as our advocate and liaison with these organizations.
4 Participate in Scholarship Programs Our SEU sponsored the annual Robbie Hamilton K106 Scholarship at Southwest Community College for students interested in pursuing a career in broadcasting.
